In the product section you will find a wide range of products, including photo prints, fine art prints, passport photos, photo sets, and more. You can order these products either individually or in bulk.Once you have selected a specific article, such as Photo Print, you may be asked whether you want to use the One by one option or the Bulk order option.
- The One by one option opens the Designer, allowing you to design and customise each article individually by adding text, clipart, or creating a collage.
- The Bulk order option allows you to quickly upload multiple images that will be printed using the same selected article configuration.

Once the Bulk order option is selected, a menu will open allowing you to upload images from your local device, an online source, or via Upload from a smartphone. Once you have selected your images, click the Continue button in the bottom right corner. A product menu will then open, displaying your uploaded images with a default format and surface based on the previously selected product.

At the top, you will see information about the selected product, while your uploaded images are displayed within a tab corresponding to that article configuration. On the right-hand side, you will see a column showing the preselected configuration for the chosen product, which you can modify as desired. Available options vary depending on the selected product. For all products, you can choose a Surface and a Format. Additionally, when ordering Photo Prints or Photo Posters, you will be asked to choose the following options:
Please note that, for production reasons, all products are produced with a 2 mm bleed on all sides. This means that a small part of the image will be trimmed from the edges. You can choose from the following options:
Standard mode (cropped): Your image will be cropped to fit the selected print size. If the aspect ratio of your image differs from that of the print format, parts of the image may be cut off.
Individual mode (uncropped): The software will attempt to fit the entire image file onto the output format (minus the 2 mm bleed). The longer side of the image determines how the image is adjusted, which may result in white margins.
A white or black frame can be added around the image. The thickness of the frame can be adjusted freely using the slider. Note that this does not affect the final size of the photo product.
You can adjust the number of copies for each photo by clicking the minus or plus icons or by entering the number manually. To delete an image, click the bin icon.
To set the same number of copies for all selected photos, enter the desired amount in the box in the bottom right corner. You can add more images to your selection by clicking the Add images button and uploading the desired images.
Each photo is accompanied by a coloured dot in the top left corner indicating the image quality based on the configured product. If the Image enhancement feature is enabled, a magic wand icon will be visible inside this dot. You can enable or disable image enhancement by clicking on it. Hovering over the dot will display the image quality and enhancement status.

If you click on the crop icon in the top right corner of an image, or double-click the image, a menu will open displaying the image along with information and editing tools.

On the left, you will find buttons with the relevant tools. On the right, you will see a preview of the image with its cropping frame. To resize the image box, move the mouse over the small squares on the blue frame until the cursor changes to a double arrow, then click and drag. To reposition the image box, click on it until the cursor changes to a cross, then click and drag the image to the desired position.
Tools on the left are displayed as follows:
Crop: Selected by default. Here you can flip the image vertically or horizontally, rotate it by 90 degrees, and display grid overlays such as Rule of thirds, Golden ratio, or no grid. You can also adjust Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, and Hue.
Filters: Provides creative preset filters and manual controls for brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, and colourisation opacity.
Pro: Displays detailed image information, including the histogram, image quality, and the option to enable or disable image enhancement.
AI Retouch: Allows you to remove backgrounds, add features, or modify the image using AI by typing the desired changes. Note: AI retouching may result in a lower image resolution.
Click Apply changes to save the edits or Cancel to discard them.
